Our mission is to build and strengthen the ecosystems that drive entrepreneurship and foster inclusion.

HORISENT was founded on the conviction that for both regulators and innovators, successful implementation with measurable impact starts with legal and regulatory design that works in tandem with technical architecture and operational realities. It was founded by Dialika Camara, a U.S and E.U trained lawyer with over a decade of experience building and scaling Fintech solutions and designing high impact strategies for execution in complex, highly regulated environments by cross functional global teams.
